About AL-TRON
Founded in 2011, AL-TRON Tek specializes in aluminum alloy manufacturing. From incoming extrusions and die castings to CNC machining, surface treatment, welding and joining, inspection and packing, we provide one-stop manufacturing.
We acquired land for a new plant in 2018 and opened it in 2023, with a total floor area of 7,804 m². Sixteen in-house CNC mills, supported by 30 partner lathes, cover a wide range of batch sizes and processes.
We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 and serve customers in the automotive and motorcycle, sporting goods, electronics cooling, industrial equipment, and aerospace and defense industries. We support projects from drawing review and sampling through mass production.

FACILITIES
AL-TRON combines an experienced technical team with advanced production and measurement equipment, including die casting machines, friction stir welding (FSW) machines, fully automatic NC saws, CNC lathes, CNC mills, automated washing machines, CNC coordinate measuring machines, and 3D laser scanning for measurement and reverse engineering, plus aluminum extrusion from our group’s plant next door. This investment lets us carry out a wide range of processes efficiently and precisely, meeting customer expectations for quality and delivery.

AUTOMATION
AL-TRON develops its own automation to advance toward a smart factory. We have introduced real-time in-machine measurement and feedback, reducing scrap and human error while improving efficiency and lowering cost. Our automated cells run 24 hours a day on most working days, easing labor demands, sustaining high output and improving quality. Robotic grinding and polishing replace manual work, making operations safer and reducing the risk of injury while raising productivity.
